Otik is an Acetyl CoA Carboxylase (ACCase) Inhibitor
Otik is absorbed by the leaves and stem of the weed plants
Otik is rapidly translocated within the plants and accumulate in the growing parts/meristematic tissues.
Otik stops the synthesis of fatty acids/lipids in the plant essential for the growth, thereby the growth of the weed is stopped within 48 hours yellowing of leaves starts within 7-14 days followed by browning and dry-up
The complete result can be shown 14-21 days after application
